ADI accreditation 2023

During the week before last, we underwent ADI Accreditation, an approval procedure that is carried out every five years.

Vanessa Wey, who is the Assessor for the «Assistance Dogs International» organisation, spent two days evaluating the Assistance Dogs and Autism Service Dogs divisions as well as a variety of other areas within the school (e.g. the breeding programme, the care and wellbeing of our dogs, medical support, plans for emergencies, the support provided to our customers, etc.). She interviewed various different customers, assessed the collaboration established between a particular team and its instructor, and examined documents and procedures. In advance of the visit by our Assessor, we also prepared and checked a large number of documents.

We are now very pleased and proud to be able to share with you that we passed the accreditation process in every respect! To all those keepers of our dogs who took part and to all our colleagues for their involvement in the organisation, preparation, and practical implementation of this process, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
