Next «Open Day» will take place
on Saturday, 5 September 2026!
Experience how our dogs are trained, get to know our dedicated team and take a look behind the scenes of our important work.
You can look forward to exciting demonstrations, a varied supporting programme for the whole family and personal discussions. Catering will also be provided.
From 10:00 to 16:00 we will offer:
- Presentations with guide dogs and assistance dogs as well as social support dogs
- Tackling an obstacle course wearing a blindfold
- Time spent in a wheelchair
- Small exhibition with aids for blind and visually impaired people as well as harnesses
- Our film about training and working with our dogs
- Lecture about the work with and training of autism service dogs
- Tour of the facilities
- Raffle
- Food stalls, drinks and cakes
